Upgrade barbed hose Fittings to snap on hose connectors

Steps to change over hose connectors:

1. Carefully undo the compression nut on the barbed fitting
2. Replace the barb fitting with the snap on hose connector
3. Carefully do up the nuts taking care not to overtighten
