19L Keg Recipe

1. Add 4 x Impressence Orange Soda Flavour Shot 50ml sachets to a 19L ball lock keg.
2. Add 2.4kg white sugar.
3. Top up to 19L with water.
4. Add 2 x FermStop sachets.
5. Mix keg contents well.
6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes of CO2.

For best results, carbonate fully before drinking. Allow the keg to condition for 1–2 weeks so the flavour can settle and improve.

Suggested carbonation setting:
Approximately 20psi at 2°C.

9.5L Keg Recipe

1. Add 2 x Impressence Orange Soda Flavour Shot 50ml sachets to a 9.5L ball lock keg.
2. Add 1.2kg white sugar.
3. Top up to 9.5L with water.
4. Add 1 x FermStop sachet.
5. Mix keg contents well.
6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes of CO2.

For a less sweet drink, reduce the white sugar addition to suit your taste.
