- Up to 200g of American ‘C’ hops – thats Cascade, Centennial or Columbus for a piney, earthy aroma
- Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka hops for a more tropical stonefruit vibe
Recommended fermentables:
- Morgans Master malt Pale 1.5kg
- Light Dry Malt or 1 kg Dextrose
