• Up to 200g of American ‘C’ hops – thats Cascade, Centennial or Columbus for a piney, earthy aroma
• Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka hops for a more tropical stonefruit vibe

Recommended fermentables:

• Morgans Master malt Pale 1.5kg
• Light Dry Malt or 1 kg Dextrose
