This golden brew is packed full of tropical, floral fruitiness (from one of our favourites – mosaic hops) and a soft, juicy mouthfeel from wheat malt.

Can kit includes:

• Hazy Ale Yeast
• Mosaic Hop Pellets

Brew it as it comes or add more flavour with:

• up to 200g of citrus or fruity hops like Citra, Amarillo, Galaxy, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka or Nectaron.

Recommended fermentables:

• Morgan’s Master Malt Pale1.5kg

plus

• Light Dry malt 1kg or Dextrose 1kg

Makes 21 litres of beer (that’s the equivalent of 56 stubbies).
