Coopers Premium Pale Malt malt does not make the Coopers Pale Ale beer cloudy. It is the yeast that clouds their famous green label beer.
This Malt provides an excellent, lightly sweet honey, fresh baked bread, toasty malt backbone of base malt flavour to any beer but works especially well with Pale Ale, Pacific Ale, New World Ale and light coloured British Ales.
