500g Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salt)
Also known as Gypsum this product is useful for adding calcium if the water is low in sulfate. Can be used to add sulfate “crispness” to the hop bitterness. This product also lowers the pH of the water.
To monitor pH in the mash use test papers (product K1163) or a electronic pH meter (product WI29612 or WQ1199) to help determine how much to add.
