How to Make Classic Red Pub Soda

1. Dissolve 500g sugar in warm water
2. Add 2 x Red Pub Soda Flavour Shots
3. Add 1.125L neutral spirit such as vodka
4. Top up with water to make 9.5 litres or 8 Litres of water into a 19l keg 
5. Chill
6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 . [Optimum 20psi at 2°C] and serve

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will settle and improve over time. For a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.

Kit Includes:
1 x  – VINKA – Medium Cocktail Base – 5L
4 x  – Impressence – Red Pub Soda Flavour Shot – 50ml
2 x  – Impressence FermStop 

Recipe Instructions:

1. Add 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base to your 19L ball lock keg
2. Add 4 x Red Pub Soda Flavour Shot – 50ml sachets.
3. Add 960g White Sugar.
4. Top up to 19L with water and add 2 x FermStop Sachet
5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 . [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Kit Includes:
10 x – VINKA – Medium Cocktail Base – 250mL 
2 x – Impressence – Red Pub Soda Flavour Shot – 50ml
1 x Impressence FermStop

Recipe Instructions:

1. Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Medium Cocktail Bases to your 9.5L ball Lock Keg
2. Add 2 x Red Pub Soda Flavour Shot – 50ml sachets.
3. Add 480g White Sugar.
4. Top up to 9.5L with water and add 1 x FerStop Sachet
   (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2. [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
