35L DigiBoil Digital Turbo Boiler 2400W is a high-quality stainless steel heating vessel designed for homebrewers and distilling enthusiasts who need accurate temperature control, flexible power settings and dependable performance.

Made from durable 304-grade stainless steel, this versatile unit can be used as a brewing boiler, hot liquor tank, hot water urn, sous vide vessel or compatible distillation boiler. This package also includes a distillation lid designed to suit the Easy Still, making it a practical all-in-one option for users who want one vessel for several different applications.

Its concealed heating element simplifies cleaning, while the digital controller provides accurate temperature adjustment from 0°C to 140°C.

Generous 35-Litre Capacity

The boiler has a total brimful capacity of 35 litres.

When using it as a beer boiler, a working volume of approximately 25 to 30 litres is recommended. This allows suitable headspace for a steady rolling boil and helps reduce the risk of foaming or boil-over.

The larger capacity is useful for:

  • Small all-grain brewing batches
  • Extract brewing
  • Heating strike or sparge water
  • Preparing wash
  • Distillation setups
  • Hot water preparation
  • Sous vide cooking

Always consider foaming, expansion and evaporation when selecting the working volume.

Dual Element Power Control

The 35L DigiBoil Digital Turbo Boiler 2400W uses selectable heating elements to provide three power settings:

  • 500 watts
  • 1900 watts
  • 2400 watts

This gives greater control over both heating speed and energy use.

The full 2400W setting is useful for bringing liquid up to temperature quickly. Lower power settings can then be selected for more controlled heating, maintaining temperature or managing a steady boil.

This flexibility is especially valuable during brewing and distilling, where different stages may require different levels of heat input.

Digital Temperature Controller

The built-in digital controller can be adjusted from 0°C to 140°C in 1°C increments.

This provides straightforward temperature control for tasks such as:

  • Heating brewing water
  • Holding mash or sparge temperatures
  • Preparing wash
  • Heating a distillation boiler
  • Maintaining hot water
  • Sous vide cooking

The clear digital display makes it easy to select and monitor the target temperature.

Actual liquid temperature may vary slightly depending on circulation, fill volume and sensor position. Stirring or recirculation may improve temperature consistency where appropriate.

Includes Easy Still Distillation Lid

This package includes a distillation lid compatible with the Easy Still.

The lid allows the boiler to be incorporated into a suitable distillation setup and is designed to seal securely using the boiler’s stainless steel clamps.

The distillation lid may also support compatible reflux or pot still arrangements, depending on the selected condenser, fittings and accessories.

Always confirm the compatibility of every component before operation.

Important Lid Clamp Warning

The stainless clamps are designed to secure compatible distillation lids.

Do not use the clamps with a glass lid.

Clamping a glass lid may place excessive pressure on the glass and create a risk of breakage or injury.

Only use the clamps with the approved stainless steel distillation lid and follow the supplied operating instructions.

304-Grade Stainless Steel Construction

The boiler body is made from 304 stainless steel for durability and easy maintenance.

Stainless steel provides:

  • Good corrosion resistance
  • Easy-to-clean internal surfaces
  • Long service life
  • Reduced flavour absorption
  • Professional appearance
  • Compatibility with common brewing fittings

Clean the boiler after each use and avoid abrasive pads that may damage the stainless finish.

Stainless Steel Tap

The boiler includes a high-quality stainless steel tap with:

  • Stainless steel barb
  • ½-inch threaded connection
  • Compatibility with many standard ½-inch fittings
  • Potential compatibility with camlock systems

The tap allows hot water, wort or other suitable liquids to be transferred without lifting the boiler.

Before first use, check that the tap and seals are correctly installed and perform a water leak test.

Additional fittings may be required for specific hose, camlock or transfer arrangements.

Concealed Heating Element

The heating element is concealed beneath the internal base rather than being directly exposed inside the vessel.

This design provides several benefits:

  • Easier cleaning
  • Smoother internal base
  • Reduced residue around the element
  • Lower risk of ingredients contacting a hot exposed coil
  • Simpler rinsing after use

Although the element is concealed, thick or sugary liquids may still scorch if they are not handled correctly. Follow recipe instructions and avoid allowing solids to settle against the heated base.

Graduated Volume Markings

Pre-marked litre and gallon graduations make it easier to measure the liquid inside the vessel.

The markings are accurate to approximately ±1 litre and are useful for:

  • Filling brewing water
  • Measuring wort volume
  • Tracking evaporation
  • Preparing wash
  • Repeating recipes
  • Monitoring hot water levels

For highly precise recipes, verify the markings with a calibrated measuring vessel.

Beer Brewing Boiler

The unit can be used as a compact electric beer boiler for extract or suitable all-grain brewing setups.

Its 2400W maximum output helps bring wort to a boil, while the lower power options provide control once boiling begins.

When boiling wort:

  • Use a working volume of approximately 25–30 litres
  • Leave enough headspace
  • Monitor closely as the boil begins
  • Stir where required
  • Reduce power if foaming becomes excessive
  • Never leave the boiler unattended

Boil-over can damage electrical components and create a burn hazard.

Hot Liquor Tank

The DigiBoil can also function as a hot liquor tank for heating brewing water.

It can be used to prepare:

  • Strike water
  • Sparge water
  • Cleaning water
  • Sanitising water where appropriate
  • General hot water for brewing tasks

The digital controller allows a target temperature to be selected and maintained.

Distillation Boiler

With the included compatible lid, the vessel can form part of a suitable distillation system.

Potential uses may include compatible:

  • Easy Still setups
  • Pot still configurations
  • Reflux still configurations
  • Water distillation
  • Other lawful distillation applications

The appropriate condenser, seals, fittings and safety equipment are required and may be sold separately.

Never operate a sealed distillation system. Vapour must always have a clear and safe path through correctly installed equipment.

Sous Vide Cooking

The temperature controller also allows the vessel to be used for sous vide cooking.

For best results:

  • Use sealed food-safe bags
  • Maintain water circulation where required
  • Confirm the actual water temperature with a suitable thermometer
  • Keep bags away from the tap and heated base
  • Follow safe food handling temperatures and times

A circulation device may be useful for improving temperature consistency.

Hot Water Urn

The boiler may be used as a hot water urn for suitable domestic, brewing or event applications.

The stainless tap makes dispensing easier, while the digital controller provides more temperature flexibility than a basic fixed-temperature urn.

Take care when dispensing hot water and keep the unit on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
