Designed for bench top or under bench installation, this compact carbonator and chiller connects directly to mains water and a CO₂ gas cylinder. As a result, you can pour chilled sparkling water straight from the tap without needing ice, glycol, or manual reservoir filling.
Instant Chilled Sparkling Water
Traditional sparkling water systems often require bottles, small gas cylinders, or manual refilling. However, the Benchy Sparkling Zero Under Bench Water Carbonator / Chiller 3.2L gives you a plumbed solution for fresh chilled water and carbonated water whenever you need it.
Simply plug the unit into power, connect mains water, connect your CO₂ cylinder, and pour chilled still or sparkling water from your chosen tap setup. This makes it a practical upgrade for households, kitchens, offices, staff rooms, bars, cafés, and entertaining areas.
No Ice or Glycol Required
This system does not require ice or glycol to chill the water. Instead, it uses a solid carbon block with small copper tubes to chill the water as it passes through the unit. Therefore, the setup is simpler, cleaner, and easier to maintain than many other chilled sparkling water systems.
You also do not need to keep filling a reservoir with water. Once connected to mains water, the Benchy Sparkling Zero Under Bench Water Carbonator / Chiller 3.2L is ready to provide chilled water on demand.
Fully Adjustable Carbonation and Temperature
One of the biggest benefits of this system is control. The integrated digital temperature controller allows you to set the water temperature from 0.5°C up to 10°C. In addition, the carbonation level can be adjusted from 0.5 volumes to over 5 volumes, allowing you to dial in the level of bubbles to suit your taste.
This gives the Benchy system a major advantage over many other sparkling water units, where carbonation level is often fixed or limited.
Strong Cooling Performance
The Benchy Sparkling Zero Under Bench Water Carbonator / Chiller 3.2L can chill approximately 20–30L of sparkling water per hour, depending on ambient water and air temperature. The rated capacity is approximately 25L per hour based on 20°C ambient conditions.
For higher output, you can pre-chill the mains water supply using a holding tank in a fridge or a compatible chiller. As a result, the system can more than double its output when the incoming water is pre-chilled.
Flexible Installation Options
This unit can be used for under bench or bench top installation. For under bench setups, a compatible filtered water tap and stepped drill bit may be required. For bench top installations, compatible NukaTap FC taps or a dual outlet water tap can be used.
Please note that taps, CO₂ cylinder, regulator, tubing, fittings, and other installation accessories are sold separately unless included in a bundle.

How It Works

The Benchy Sparkling Zero Under Bench Water Carbonator / Chiller 3.2L can chill approximately 20–30L per hour, based on water temperature, air temperature, and installation conditions.
To increase output, pre-chill the incoming mains water supply. This can be done with a holding tank in a fridge or a compatible chiller. When the incoming water is pre-chilled, the output capacity can more than double.
